Silvia Hernandez Moralez leads office management and operations at Dike Law Group. She brings more than 15 years of operations and facilities leadership, most of it inside healthcare organizations.

Before joining the firm, Silvia was a Senior Program Manager at Teladoc Health, where she directed capital projects across a national portfolio. She previously spent nearly five years at Smile Doctors, leading facilities, equipment, and capital initiatives across a network of more than 400 clinics. In those roles, she managed multi-site expansions, budgets, and timelines. She also coordinated the teams that kept clinical operations running smoothly.

That hands-on healthcare experience gives Silvia a firsthand understanding of the operational realities Dike Law Group’s clients face, from growth and expansion to day-to-day compliance. At the firm, she oversees the systems, processes, and infrastructure that support its attorneys and position Dike Law Group for continued growth.

Silvia is based in McKinney, Texas.
